**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the daily operations of our self-trucking services in Spain, ensuring the fleet is operated efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
- Manage road freight operations, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all Spanish and EU transport laws and regulations. - Supervise and lead a team, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.
- Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance.
- Maintain and manage transport records, including driver logs and route planning.
- Liaise with authorities, ensuring proper certifications and documentation are up to date.
- Act as the point of contact for resolving any transport-related issues, both operational and compliance-related.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Mandatory: A valid Título de Competencia Profesional para el Transporte (Certificate of Professional Competence) as required by Spanish transport law.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) to facilitate communication across teams and with clients.
- Proven experience in road freight operations, including fleet management and logistics.
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish and EU transport regulations, including safety standards, driver compliance, and environmental requirements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
