Youare responsible forplanning and coordinating freight flows ensuring capacity coverage, andmaintaininghigh service levels.Youwill focus on either Brokerage Planning (working with third-party carriers).You collaborate closely with Carrier Relationships, Sales, and Customer Success to support operational execution and commercialobjectives.Whatyou’lldo Provide exceptional support to shippers and carriers as the primary contact for CtrlChain.Perform daily brokerage planning to meet customer and specifications.Continuously monitor performance and make necessary adjustments.Maintain accurate planning and resource data in TMS or relevant platforms.Coordinate with commercial and operational teams for peak coverage.Participate in planning meetings to align daily priorities and provide status updates on planning, exceptions, and delays.Develop backup strategies when primary options are unavailable.Monitor fulfillment, KPIs, and associated costs and services.Escalate planning issues or service interruptions as needed.You are a hands-onlogisticsprofessional who enjoys operational coordination, problem-solving, and working in a dynamic environment.You will thrive in this role if you:Have 1–3 years of experience in transport, asset, or brokerage planning.Understand European freight and transport networks.Have experience workingwith TMS or transport planning systems.Are analytical, structured, anddetail-oriented.Communicate confidently in English and Spanish; Dutch is preferred as a third language.
