Misión: Bajo la supervisión del Branch Manager, es el profesional que se encarga de las tareas administrativas en general y de las tareas relativas a la cadena de suministro de la empresa, incluyendo la gestión de las órdenes de transporte, planificación y optimización del transporte, gestión de incidenciasFunciones principales:TRANSPORTE / LOGÍSTICAGestión y generación de las órdenes de transporte.Gestión del transporte (búsqueda del mejor servicio de transportes para el cliente), incluyendo carga y descarga.Gestión de las incidencias derivadas del transporte.Control y seguimiento del estado del transporte.Gestión y trámite de siniestros con el seguro.Implementación y seguimiento de los proyectos de transporte.Avisar al Responsable del Sistema de cualquier cambio que pueda afectar a la calidad del servicio.Contacto con los transportistas y clientesRequisitosGrado universitario/diplomatura o equivalente/Grado en transporte y logística.Experiencia en el transporte, Planificación de Rutas demostrable.Se valorará conocimientos de logística / transporte y administraciónInglés medio/altoValorable otros idiomasConocimiento sobre INCOTERMSConocimientos en paquete MS Office- Team- Outlook & ExcelConocimiento TMS- SAPConocimientos ADRCapacitación transporteHabilidades personalesHabilidad para desarrollar una gestión eficazCapacidad comunicativaCapacidad resolutivaPersona multitaskingProactividad y con don de gentesFacilidad para adaptarse a los cambios.Capacidad de trabajar bajo presiónSobre la posiciónTipo de contrato: PermEspecialización: Industria y Supply ChainÁrea: Ingeniero LogísticoSector: IngenieríaTipo de trabajo: PresencialNivel de experiencia: AssociateReferencia: QPWCJ9-CC07D426#J-18808-Ljbffr
