A Technical Execution Director is responsible for supporting the three Services which compose Test Engineering area (Load & Performance, Automation and Application Security Testing) from a Technical perspective, by guaranteeing the best solutions are applied to meet and exceed customers expectations. He/She must define, validate and monitor the implemented Test strategies to always ensure the maximum quality and consistency of our Delivery. Technical Execution Director must be focused to enhance and speed up Delivery by optimizing usage of technical capabilities and defining Innovation initiatives, to bring all services to the next level. Additionally, He/She will guarantee permanent mapping of Teams’ technical skills and will support effective and agile Resource Planning to absorb Demand
**Your role**
**As a Technical Execution Director**
**your main responsibilities will involve**
- Cross-Service Technical Authority
- Reinforce Stakeholder Management and Sales Strategy to expand the Services
- Reinforce Technical Knowledge in all services
- Resources Planning and Test Engineering Teams’ Capability Control (Hard/Soft Skills, Certifications, Location-Role-Cost)
- Monitor and Monetize Tech KPIs into Exec KPIs
- Definition, implementation and maintenance of tech capabilities: Tools, licenses and infrastructure. Identification of Partnership with providers
- Innovation Strategy: Identification of New initiatives and services in catalogue, New tech profiles, Market Trends
- Support Service Managers on
- Service Proposal Preparation
- Financial Planning
- Business Development Strategy and New Demand Identification
- Preparation and presentation of effective Service Decks to customers. Participation in BRM sessions with customers
- Review and Evolution of Multi-region Operational Model. Efficient Team composition to be able to deliver 24x7 from locations
- Career Path Definition and Evolution (technical branch)
- Design of Trainings & Certifications Planning for employees
- Delivery (Service Manager back-up)
**Your Skills and Experience**
**As a Technical Execution Director your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology and 5 or more years of experience in related field such as Technical Director or equivalent
- Extensive experience in quality and testing technology, preferably in Insurance Industry
- Experience in leading high technological and multicultural skilled Non-Functional Testing teams, based in nearshore / offshore
- Financial and Budget control
- Strategic Vision
- Extremely Customer-focused
- Strong Communication skills
- Strong Analytical skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, including teams outside of shared services and solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor for the customer by having a holistic view of the different alternatives that would provide a solution to the customer/s
- High experience to discuss technical topics in business terms, including but not limited to give presentations to an audience with different level of technological maturity
- Ability to think outside of the box and be innovative by keeping abreast of new trends, identifying opportunities to bring in change for business benefit
- Fluent written and spoken English (additionally, German would be highly valuable)
- Global, critical, innovative thinking with good presentation skills
**Technical Skills**:
- MicroFocus LoadRunner Enterprise (must)
- Application Performance Monitoring tools in On-Prem and Cloud infrastructure (Dynatrace, Splunk, App Insights, CloudWatch) (must)
- Selenium, UFT, Appium and other Automation tools for web, rich client, mobile interfaces (must)
- Deep knowledge in functional & Non-functional API Testing. Postman tool (must)
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Bamboo, Azure DevOps or Jenkins (must)
- ITSQB Foundations / Advanced or similar (nice-to-have)
- CyberSecurity Certifications (ISACA CISA, OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, GWAPT and/or GMOB) (nice-to-have)
- Other Load Injection tools: JMeter, Gatling, NeoLoad, IBM Rational (nice-to-have)
- Agile Tools (TFS, JIRA) (nice-to-have)
