**Talent Care - Customer Support (H/F) - Stage**

Nous recherchons actuellement **un.e Talent Care (H/F)** pour rejoindre l’aventure Bruce en **stage** à **Barcelone**. Directement en contact avec nos talents, vous serez l'un des moteurs de notre qualité de service

**Principales missions**:

- Répondre à nos talents via nos différents canaux de communication (téléphone, messagerie, mail ).
- Être l'interlocuteur.trice privilégié.e des talents, **répondre au mieux à toutes leurs demandes**, en leur garantissant une haute satisfaction de réponse - à travers un réel échange humain.
- Faire remonter les demandes complexes et/ou problèmes aux personnes concernées tout en assurant un suivi.
- Participer à la mise en place d’une organisation afin de garantir un customer service exceptionnel, en étant force de proposition.

**Profil recherché**:

- Tu as un excellent contact humain, une aisance à l'oral comme à l'écrit et tu sais faire preuve d'empathie et de gestion des conflits
- Tu es une personne rigoureuse, structurée avec une forte capacité d'organisation
- Tu souhaites t'impliquer dans un environnement à évolution constante grâce à ta vision problem-solving
- Tu disposes d'un fort intérêt pour le digital.
- Tu souhaites avoir un impact positif sur le marché de l'emploi, porter un projet sensé au sein d'une entreprise responsable et humaine, en travaillant dans un contexte de forte croissance où l'histoire est encore à écrire.
