Our roof terrace with mountain views is where we hold our weekly Friday BBQ, with delicious food and great conversation with colleagues from around the world. **THE MISSION** The team leader position is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily management of a team of employees. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals and go the extra mile. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONIBILITIES** - Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture - Set clear team goals - Delegate tasks and set deadlines - Coordinate day-to-day operations - Monitor team performance and report on metrics - Motivate team members - Discover training needs and provide coaching along with the QC member - Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts - Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments - Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritize and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs - Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members - Use company methodology, team input and own initiative to ensure adherence to BNZSA code of conduct & rules - Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction - Support Sales to deliver business targets and objectives and create a performance orientated culture - Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relaying this knowledge back to the team - Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies - Escalate any appropriate problems to senior management - Support Senior Management to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement **Basic Requirements** - Excellent comprehension of the BNZSA mission, projects, clients & products - Advanced IT knowledge and understanding - Coaching and communication skills - Commercial awareness - Excellent CRM strategy & database/pipeline management skills - High level written & oral in English - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Communication Proficiency (internal and external customers) - Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc. - Energetic and motivating individual - Creative thinking - Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations - Customer oriented - Organizational Skills - Ability and will to learn and continuously develop - Capable to deliver great results under high pressure - Historical proven successful results & high quality as a Rocker and impeccable track record of respecting the BNZSA code of conduct & rules **Preferred Qualifications** - One or multiple other languages spoken and written is not a must have, but is strongly appreciated - Problem solving personality, happy to tackle project calling strategy puzzles and come up with ideas Any previous experience in a Training, Coaching, Teaching or Leading roles would be a plus Ability to communicate effectively and work constructively with different Stakeholders (QC, other TLs, PM, Rockers etc ) Outstanding organizational and time management skills Dynamic and very persistent Experience in Procedure Development and Process Improvement **Previous experience/similar experience is not required but considered a plus** Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido Salario: 22.000,00€-36.000,00€ al año Beneficios: - Acciones empresariales - Ayuda al desarrollo profesional - Comida en la empresa - Cursos de idiomas ofertados - Eventos de la empresa - Eventos sociales los viernes - Formación en certificaciones profesionales - Gimnasio en la empresa - Jornada intensiva los viernes - Ordenador de empresa - Parking gratuito - Plus transporte - Programa de formación - Teléfono de empresa - Teletrabajo opcional Horario: - De lunes a viernes - Turno de 8 horas - Turno de mañana Requisito de idioma flexible: - Español no requerido Tipos de compensaciones complementarias: - Bonus mensual - Bonus por objetivos - Plan de comisiones Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
