Channel Partner Marketing is a vital part of the business, generating a significant proportion of the company's revenue; and you’ll be involved in finding effective ways to promote the brand among our ecosystem of hundreds of distributors, systems integrators, and machine builders all over the world.

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to support across strategy, development, and execution for all channel marketing activities. The Channel Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Channel Program team and wider Global and Regional Marketing team to help build and activate indirect channel marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the design and execution of the channel marketing programs together with the channel program team to drive pipeline and revenue
- Create a partner MDF program and drive the adoption in collaboration with the regional marketing managers. Forecast, measure and report to drive continuous improvement
- Create co-marketing collaterals, sales and marketing enablement such as presentation decks, videos, partners stories, one-pagers
- Strengthen the partner engagement by developing activities through the partner portal and organizing events, webinars and incentives
- Create a partner marketing training program to educate and support our ecosystem of distributors, integrators and machine builders with online and offline marketing tactics
- Coordinate and execute the annual partner event organization in EMEA, Americas and APAC, in collaboration with the regional marketing managers
- Monitor the partner digital and offline presence to ensure that our brand and messaging are consistent
- Create a monthly partner bulletin of product and software updates, UR+ new product and solutions additions, new customers stories, new collaterals, etc.
- Support the channel partner team to drive new partner acquisition, support partner onboarding in close relationship with our local marketing & sales teams and monitor the outcome and KPIs

**Who are we looking for?**

We expect our future colleague in this role to come with strong B2B marketing experience ideally in manufacturing or software environments. It’s key that you are tech savvy and passionate about building partner relationship that generate impact, and that you have strong people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and with the partner ecosystem.

Furthermore, we would love if you:

- Have 5+ years’ experience as channel marketing specialist with strong focus on digital marketing
- Have 5+ years’ experience in the B2B manufacturing or software industry
- Have 3+ years’ experience in building B2B marketing programs and campaigns
- Have 3+ years of experience in event organization and planning
- Have a good business acumen and experience with working with sales directly or indirectly
- Have experience with marketing and sales automation tools
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Are a team player and have a collaborative work style
- Have great time-management, interpersonal, communication and listening skills
- Own a master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or marketing and sales management
- Are native or fluent in English and with strong written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

The position is based in Barcelona (South EMEA Hub) and we support hybrid work policies (to be agreed with your manager). This position requires up to 20 percent travel to partners, exhibitions, and UR regional subsidiaries.
