Tasks
**Como Business Development Manager serás responsable por**:
- Dirigir los esfuerzos de desarrollo comercial (identificando y buscando nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento)
- Hacer prospección, desarrollo de oportunidades y cierre de acuerdos con clientes potenciales
- Crear, desarrollar, gestionar y orientar la estrategia comercial de la empresa
- Fomentar una cultura de colaboración, responsabilidad y aprendizaje continuo
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del sector, el panorama competitivo y las tecnologías emergentes
**Requirements**:
- Posees al menos 2-3 años de experiência similar en el sector de marketing, comunicación, publicidad o eventos
- Tienes un nível alto de español y inglés
- Tienes excelentes habilidades de comunicación, de negociación y persuasión
- Tienes una personalidad proactiva, dinámica, eres muy sociable y con pensamiento muy estratégico
- Tienes una orientación a resultados
- Tienes facilidad en adaptarte a nuevas situaciones, tecnologías y tendencias del mercado
- Dispones de disponibilidad para viajar
