We are looking for a **Spanish or French Speaking -** **Sales Representative **to join our exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

- Full-time contract: 39 hours/week: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00

**What you’ll experience at Webhelp**

As a Sales Representative in our team, you will:

- Be the first contact point for selected list of customers, deliver a strong first impression and set the foundation for long term customer relationship.
- Quarterback sales from lead to purchase; be the main point of contact for client's customers, leading the sales strategy, overcoming objections and negotiating success.
- Engage with Corporate and Enterprise businesses across various industries and line of businesses to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with client's leading Services portfolio.
- Secure customer wins for client´s Services and Cloud: Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Account Managers and other Sales Specialists.
- Position competitive offerings and solutions in the context of customer needs and experiences.
- Demonstrate verbally and in writing how customers can capture value and envision their future with client’s technologies and Service portfolio.
- Effectively turn prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline).
- Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business: “Voice of customer”.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- Are native or proficient in Spanish **or **French with advanced English level.
- Have recognized and verifiable experience in MS tools and processes.
- Are confident and articulate with the ability to communicate with Senior Management.
- Come with minimum 4 years’ experience as an Account Manager.
- Have minimum 4 years’ experience in IT Industry.
- Possess minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management.
- Have computer skills - Advanced user of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Windows OS and working experience in a Client Relationship Management (CRM) software (such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce or other) is required.
