David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Malaga office.

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Malaga, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform direct sales (gas & electricity contracts)
- Schedule appointments for Account managers
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and establish a trust relationship
- Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners
- Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts
- Analyse new leads to determine future opportunities
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity related to sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed KPIs set.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Good command in English (B2 level)
- 1-2 years telemarketing and/or outbound telemarketing experience
- Previous working experience from Energy industry will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuade
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
- Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time.
