Vice President, Marketing – EMEA About the Role  An international industrial technology company with over €2 billion in annual revenue and more than 10,000 employees worldwide is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President, Marketing to lead marketing strategy and execution across the EMEA region. Reporting dually to the regional President and the global Chief Marketing Officer, this is a high-impact leadership role driving marketing transformation, strategic planning, and campaign activation to strengthen brand presence, expand market reach, and support sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities Shape and implement a cohesive regional marketing strategy aligned with global business objectives. Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth across diverse EMEA markets. Oversee all aspects of regional marketing, including demand generation, content and campaign strategy, channel marketing, marketing operations, digital enablement, and communications in collaboration with global and regional teams. Translate market insights and research into actionable strategies that influence product positioning and go-to-market approaches. Manage regional branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with global standards for a consistent customer experience. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and professional growth. Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring effective prioritization and measurable impact of all initiatives. Evaluate marketing performance and return on investment through data-driven insights. Your Profile 12+ years of progressive experience in strategic marketing roles, including at least 5 years in leadership positions. Proven success in implementing and localizing marketing strategies across multiple EMEA markets. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced education is a plus. Deep understanding of modern marketing practices, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across global and regional functions. Strong leadership capabilities in talent development, change management, and cross-functional alignment. Willingness to travel up to 35%.
