QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO
Contamos con un equipo global, afianzado por grupos de industria y combinado con equipos locales en múltiples geografías que nos permiten combinar el conocimiento y la escala global, con la inteligencia y cercanía local en cada geografía.
La estrategia de M&A en España comprende las transacciones grandes y de mid-market, donde el acceso del banco a los clientes y nuestra capacidad para ofrecer soluciones de financiación apalancada nos permite un posicionamiento de liderazgo.
EXPERIENCIA
La posición de vice president requiere de 5 a 8 años de experiência en M&A.
EDUCACIÓN
Titulación de una buena escuela de negocios o ingenierías, con un desarrollo académico potente.
Se considerará positivo la obtención de algún master en Corporate Finance, MBA o la obtención de la titulación CFA
HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
Se valorará también la experiência en transacciones desde otras posiciones (consultor - due diligence, leverage finance).
Se requiere también un perfil internacional claro.
