Role: Vice President Loan Agency (Transaction Management) Full time Permanent As a Vice President you will be managing complex syndicated loan transactions from setup to completion, including monitoring borrower compliance, coordinating amendments and waivers, managing loan transfers, and liaising between lenders, borrowers, and advisors. Monitor and control the periodic or one-off compliance by the borrower of all obligations and compulsory actions and milestones set forth in the financing agreements. Support, supervision and train other junior members of the team. Set up new transactions using our Agency Management Monitoring Tool. Manage and coordinate our KYC requirements in respect of all lenders and borrowers for any new transaction. Assist the lenders in the decision-making processes when such intermediation is required and, in general, in any consultation related to the Financing. Coordinate, organize and participate in meetings and conference calls required by the day-to-day management of the Agency. At least 6 years of experience in the banking / financial / legal advisory sector. Eagerness to pay attention to detail and going the extra mile in all aspects of the role. Syndicated Loan Experience, ideally Middle office, Loan Administration background is a plus. Spanish and C2 English a must.
