FUNCTIONS Responsabilidades:•Liderar la gestión de cuentas de clientes claves dentro del área geográfica asignada. Negociar contratos, resolver problemas y proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional para mantener asociaciones a largo plazo.•Gestionar directamente a un equipo de 4 agentes comerciales.•Construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes, comprender sus necesidades y trabajar para cumplir o superar sus expectativas.•Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para hacer crecer el negocio dentro de la región.•Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.•Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias del mercado y las actividades de los competidores. Requerimientos:• Formación Académica en Administración de Empresas o relacionado.• Se valorará formación postgrado en ámbitos comerciales.• Experiencia de al menos 3 años como KAM gestionando clientes de la zona.• Experiencia previa gestionando equipo directo.• Dominio avanzado herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente nivel avanzado de Excel.• Inglés nivel C1 (deseable) Competencias:•Capacidad Analítica•Proactividad •Carácter emprendedor •Autonomía•Orientación a Resultados •Capacidad Comunicación•Organización y Planificación
