Our client is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representatives to help fuel growth by identifying and nurturing valuable business opportunities.Your responsibilities and impact as an Inside Sales Representative will include:Proactively researching, identifying, and qualifying new business leadsEngaging prospects through cold calls, emails, and digital outreachQualifying inbound and self-service leads to ensure timely follow-upRe-engaging dormant leads through targeted marketing campaignsPromoting the use of online and self-service channels for customer convenienceDelivering personalized presentations that address client needs and goalsManaging and developing a portfolio of tier accounts to maximize retention and growthCollaborating with sales colleagues to smoothly transition high-potential leadsMaintaining accurate lead and customer records in CRM systemsReporting on KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve outreach and conversionSkills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role: 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or business developmentNative or bilingual fluency in Dutch, plus professional English proficiencyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related fieldAvailable to commute to their Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona) officeStrong track record of converting leads and meeting or exceeding targetsFamiliarity with B2B sales and customer lifecycle managementExcellent communication and persuasion skillsComfortable conducting virtual demos and using digital engagement toolsSelf-starter with strong prioritization and time management skillsWhat’s in it for you?
