Misiones del Puesto:

Garantizar la Calidad del Servicio: Serás el responsable de asegurar que el departamento de SAP proporciona un servicio de alta calidad a los usuarios internos, resolviendo incidencias y mejorando continuamente el sistema.
Planificación y Coordinación de Proyectos: Planificarás, coordinarás y ejecutarás proyectos y evolutivos dentro del sistema SAP, liderando un equipo interno de 2 personas y gestionando proveedores externos.
Mejora Continua: Implementarás mejoras en los desarrollos y procedimientos internos del departamento de SAP.
Reportes y Gestión: Reportarás directamente al Director de Aplicaciones Corporativas, gestionando presupuestos y controlando costes.

Qué queremos ver en tu perfil:

Experiencia en SAP: Necesitamos que cuentes con al menos 5 años de experiencia como Team Leader en entornos SAP, incluyendo experiencia en consultoría funcional.
Conocimiento en Módulos de SAP: Valoramos especialmente el conocimiento funcional en los módulos de Finanzas y Recursos Humanos.
Habilidades de Liderazgo: Serás responsable de liderar un equipo, por lo que buscamos alguien con una fuerte capacidad de liderazgo y resolución de problemas.
Visión Global y Orientación al Cliente: Es esencial que tengas una visión global del negocio y una orientación clara hacia el cliente, asegurando que el servicio de SAP cubra sus necesidades de manera efectiva.

Horario Flexible: Horario de lunes a jueves de 8:30h a 18h, viernes y vísperas de festivos de 8:30h a 15h, facilitando la conciliación de la vida personal y profesional. Durante todo el mes de agosto, de 08:00h a 15:00h.
