Notre client rencontre un fort succès depuis ses dernières années et ne cesse de croitre. Il accompagne des professionnels dans leurs opérations d’achats pour rendre leur commerce rentable en apportant son expertise pour concevoir et distribuer un outil de gestion des achats de matières premières.
Description du poste
En tant que Head of Sales, vous aurez pour responsabilité la gestion de la stratégie commerciale et le développement des ventes pour nos solutions SaaS. Vous superviserez une équipe de 4 à 5 commerciaux et serez garant(e) de l’atteinte des objectifs de vente.
Vos missions :
Développement commercial :
Mener des actions de prospection et de développement en ligne, principalement sur le marché local, avec une approche orientée B2B.
Identifier et cibler de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires
Négocier et conclure des contrats avec des clients stratégiques.
Connaissances du monde SaaS et CRM :
Avoir une excellente compréhension des solutions SaaS pour apporter une vision produit forte.
Utiliser et maîtriser les CRM et outils de gestion commerciale actuels
Management d’équipe :
Gérer une équipe de 4 à 5 commerciaux, assurer leur formation continue, ainsi que le développement de leurs compétences.
Piloter et motiver l’équipe afin de garantir l’atteinte des objectifs.
Suivi et Reporting :
Mettre en place un suivi des KPIs (chiffre d’affaires, taux de conversion, performance individuelle et collective).
Assurer un reporting régulier à la direction et proposer des recommandations stratégiques pour améliorer la performance.

Profil recherché
Compétences techniques :
Expérience confirmée (5 ans minimum) dans une fonction commerciale, secteur de la tech ou des solutions SaaS
Expérience dans la vente à distance
Expérience en management d’équipe commerciale.
Maîtrise des outils de CRM et des techniques de vente modernes.
Forte capacité de négociation et approche orientée résultats.
