OverviewWe are looking for a Real Estate Broker to join our boutique team.The ideal candidate has proven experience in the luxury real estate market, strong commercial skills, and the ability to connect with high-net-worth clients through trust, professionalism, and discretion. Experience in new developments will be highly valued, as well as a technical background in architecture, real estate or related fields.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Driven Properties in the commercialization of prime and luxury residential properties, including new developments.Advise high-net-worth and international clients throughout the entire sales process, ensuring excellence and discretion at every stage.Actively source new product (listing acquisition) and maintain a network of potential clients, investors and industry contacts.Conduct market research, prepare pricing analyses and develop tailored commercial proposals for clients and developers.Negotiate transactions with precision and professionalism, always safeguarding the client’s interests and the company’s reputation.Diligently register, track and report all activities in the CRM, following internal protocols and ensuring full traceability of the sales funnel.Collaborate with marketing and management to improve processes, optimize lead conversion, and strengthen Driven’s boutique positioning.QualificationsPrevious experience in luxury real estate sales or related high-end sectors (art, hospitality, private banking, etc.).Knowledge of new development sales processes (highly valued).Technical training in architecture, real estate, engineering, or similar fields (a plus).Strong commercial and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term trust with clients.Bilingual Spanish–English (fluency required).
