**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage overall financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations, maintaining accurate and reliable financial records.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting functions and prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance team skills and engagement.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist in strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives, providing financial insights and HR support.

**Responsabilidades Clave**:

- Gestionar las operaciones financieras generales, incluyendo la elaboración de presupuestos, previsiones, cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar e informes financieros.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas y regulaciones contables locales, manteniendo registros financieros precisos y confiables.
- Supervisar las funciones contables diarias y preparar los estados financieros mensuales y anuales.
- Supervisar las funciones de recursos humanos, incluyendo reclutamiento, incorporación, relaciones laborales, gestión del desempeño y cumplimiento de las leyes laborales.
- Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos de recursos humanos para promover una cultura laboral positiva.
- Coordinar programas de capacitación y desarrollo de empleados para mejorar las habilidades y el compromiso del equipo.
- Ser el punto de contacto para consultas de empleados relacionadas con políticas de recursos humanos, beneficios y nómina.
- Asistir en la planificación estratégica e iniciativas de mejora operativa, proporcionando información financiera y apoyo en recursos humanos.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting and HR management, preferably within the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, along with HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficient in accounting software and HR management systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Recursos Humanos o un campo relacionado.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en contabilidad y gestión de recursos humanos, preferiblemente en el sector inmobiliario o de gestión de propiedades.
- Conocimiento sólido de los principios contables y la elaboración de informes financieros, así como de las mejores prácticas en recursos humanos y las leyes laborales.
- Dominio de software contable y sistemas de gestión de recursos humanos.
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación, con la capacidad de establecer relaciones efectivas a todos los níveles.
- Gran atención al detalle y altamente organizado, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y plazos de manera eficaz.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con un enfoque en la mejora continua.
- Se requiere fluidez en español e inglés; se valoran otros idiomas adicionales.
