En Olivia Hotels buscamos un/a profesional organizado/a, con orientación al cliente y pasión por el mundo MICE, para incorporarse como Responsable de Grupos & Eventos. Responsabilidades - Gestión integral de grupos y eventos (solicitudes, propuestas, seguimiento y cierre). - Elaborar documentación: presupuestos, rooming lists, contratos y órdenes de servicio. - Coordinar con los departamentos internos para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los eventos. - Realizar visitas de inspección y atención al cliente antes, durante y después del evento. - Apoyar en la facturación final y en la actualización de bases de datos e informes del departamento. Requisitos - Formación en Turismo, Hostelería o similar. - Experiencia en Grupos & Eventos, reservas o área comercial hotelera (o prácticas relevantes). - Nivel avanzado de español e inglés; se valorará otrosidiomas. - Manejo fluido de Office; se valorarán sistemas de gestión hotelera (Opera, Aci, etc.). - Perfil proactivo, resolutivo, con atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
