Tienes conocimientos de Administración y te apasiona la informática? Si utilizas las últimas tecnologías en tu día a día y disfrutas encontrando solución a las situaciones complicadas, has encontrado tu lugar en Grup de Serveis Triangle.
Queremos incorporar a nuestro equipo una persona dinámica, resolutiva, con conocimientos administrativos, que quiera crecer dentro de un proyecto interesante. ¿Qué buscamos?
Graduado/a en ADE, CFGS en Administración. También se valorarán estudios adicionales en Informática.
Conocimientos de software de gestión empresarial, especialmente Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Nivel intermedio-alto de inglés.
Experiencia demostrable en el trato con el cliente.
Capacidad de resolución de problemas.
Habilidad comunicativa tanto verbal como escrita.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
Conocer al cliente y ofrecer soporte, tanto telefónico como a través de otras herramientas de consulta, de forma profesional y siguiendo el protocolo establecido.
Analizar los problemas y aportar las soluciones correctas para que nuestros clientes expriman al máximo su ERP.
Seguimiento de incidencias.
Adquirir conocimientos funcionales de Dynamics NAV y de las funcionalidades propias de cada cliente.
