We are seeking a proactive and skilled business analyst/project manager to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring business continuity by transforming the ICT ecosystem to manage Change Management processes. As a Change Management specialist, you will need to build your vision based on engineering processes and existing systems to federate all the platforms. You will be responsible for executing this vision, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our Stellantis goals. Key responsibilities: The Engineering Change Management ecosystem ensures the consistency and communication of all updates to vehicles, components, subassemblies, and raw materials manufactured by Stellantis. The combination of regional systems and global processes ensures that products can be engineered and produced in any region within the Stellantis landscape. In this position, you will be the ICT specialist for the Change Management ecosystem, leading the transformation of systems to converge and support business efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders, including other business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, to understand business requirements and objectives. Design innovative and effective ICT solutions that align with business goals, considering scalability, security, and performance. Lead and manage the execution of multiple projects within the program, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints. Monitor and report on the progress of each project to key stakeholders and senior management. Develop and maintain solution architecture blueprints, documentation, and guidelines. Ensure that ICT solutions are aligned with the overall enterprise architecture. Prepare regular status reports and presentations for key stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation. Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as an ICT Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Subject Matter Expert, or a similar role. • Familiarity with project management methodologies. • Strong knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM), PLM, Change, and Release processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to excel in an ambiguous business environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
