What are we looking for?We are looking for a Process Optimitzation Specialist.

- Design and implement corporate back-office Order to Cash processes (ERP, CRM platforms) to achieve Customer Experience objectives at minimum cost and aligned with all areas of Isdin.
- Deploy corporate processes in countries
- Monitor scorecard (KPIs) of key processes
- Being Key User of ERP and CRM platforms (mainly Sap and Salesforce)
- Education: Engineering or Business Administration Degree.
- Experience: 2 - 4 years as a Technical Consultant or Project Manager.
- Languages: English B2.
