Únete a Finaer y crece con nosotrosBuscamos Customer Success para que se una al equipo ComercialObjetivoEl Customer Success tiene como objetivomaximizar el valor de la cartera activa de clientesimpulsando la retención, satisfacción y crecimiento de operaciones de clientes.Responsabilidades PrincipalesGestión de cuentas activas y crecimiento de operaciones: seguimiento continuo de la cartera para asegurar el aumento de operaciones de los clientes activos, fomentando el aumento de operaciones y volumen por cliente.Prevención de churn: detección temprana de señales de riesgo y desarrollo de acciones proactivas de retención.Relación estratégica: construir relaciones sólidas y de confianza con los clientes, actuando como punto de contacto principal.Competencias ClaveOrientación al cliente y visión estratégica de relación.Escucha activa y comunicación asertiva.Capacidad de análisis comercial.Empatía y resolución de conflictos.Enfoque en crecimiento sostenible.RequisitosIdioma español y catalán.Background en ventas consultivas.Experiencia en mejora continua de la experiencia de cliente.Capacidad para trabajar con objetivos y KPIs.Manejo de herramientas: HubSpot, Salesforce u otros.Capacidad de comunicación clara, estructurada y orientada a cliente.Mentalidad comercial, proactiva y orientada a objetivos.Qué ofrecemos?Contrato indefinido y jornada completa (L–V).Horario: 10:00 a 19:00 h.Ambiente laboral joven, internacional y colaborativo.Oportunidades reales de aprendizaje y crecimiento.Por qué elegirnos?En Finaer creemos en el talento, la transparencia y el reconocimiento.
