En ARTIEM, estamos en busca de un/a Corporate Sales Manager que desempeñe un rol fundamental en la gestión y desarrollo de nuestras ventas corporativas. Si eres una persona apasionada por las ventas y cuentas con una sólida experiencia en el ámbito corporativo, esta es tu oportunidad para unirte a un equipo comprometido con la excelencia y la satisfacción del cliente.Responsabilidades:Dinamización y seguimiento de la cartera de clientes corporativos de la compañía.Gestión estratégica enfocada a la nueva captación de cuentas (a nivel global y local).Identificación de nuevas tendencias y oportunidades del sector.Análisis del compset, específico segmento Business travel.Cumplimentación y gestión de RFP´s, materialización de acuerdos específicos del segmento Business Travel.Acciones de promoción específicas, así como interlocución diaria con los principales agentes del sector: empresas, asociaciones, agencias de viajes, consultoras especializadas, etc).Análisis de posibles desviaciones del segmento y definición de su correspondiente adaptación táctica.Colaborar en la difusión de campañas corporativas, así como aportar valor agregado al resto de segmentos estratégicos de ARTIEM.Gestión de herramientas y plataformas propias del segmento corporativo.Conocimiento de la operativa de los sistemas globales de distribución.Realización de visitas de prospección.Coordinar y actualizar la información con los equipos involucrados en la gestión del segmento Business Travel en ARTIEM.Asistencia a eventos y ferias específicas del sector.Requisitos:Experiencia: Un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia comprobable en ventas corporativas, preferiblemente en el sector hotelero o turismo.Formación: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), Marketing, Turismo, Economía, Relaciones Internacionales, o una disciplina relacionada con el sector comercial o empresarial.Máster o postgrado en Gestión Comercial o Ventas (opcional, pero muy valorado) para adquirir conocimientos más profundos en estrategias de ventas y gestión de cuentas corporativas.Idiomas :El dominio de idiomas, especialmente el inglés, es fundamental. Otros idiomas como el francés también serán valorados.Competencias para el puesto:Habilidades ComercialesNegociación y Cierre de Ventas: Capacidad para negociar tarifas, condiciones y cerrar acuerdos que sean beneficiosos tanto para el cliente como para el hotel.Gestión de Cuentas: Experiencia en la gestión de cuentas clave, asegurando su satisfacción y fidelización.Orientación a Resultados: Capacidad para trabajar por objetivos de ventas y desarrollar estrategias que aumenten los ingresos del área corporativa.Comunicación EficazGestión del Tiempo y Organización.Planificación y Priorización: Capacidad para gestionar múltiples cuentas y proyectos simultáneamente, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y objetivos de ventas.¿Por qué elegir ARTIEM Hotels?En ARTIEM Hotels, creemos que el éxito se construye sobre relaciones de confianza.
