Buscamos a un/a Payment and Treasury Specialist para una startup digital en pleno crecimiento, con sede en Barcelona.Tesorería Estratégica:Elaborar previsiones detalladas de flujo de caja y análisis de liquidez para cubrir pagos recurrentes y nóminas.Monitorear y reconciliar saldos bancarios de manera diaria, asegurando precisión en los informes de tesorería.Negociar líneas de crédito y descuentos financieros con bancos nacionales e internacionales para maximizar recursos.Gestión de Subvenciones Públicas:Coordinar la documentación necesaria para proyectos ICEX, CDTI y otras subvenciones.Supervisar auditorías asociadas a ayudas públicas, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la correcta ejecución de los fondos.Implementar mejoras en la gestión de remesas SEPA y pagos automatizados, reduciendo la carga operativa y aumentando la eficiencia.Diseñar reportes financieros automatizados utilizando Excel avanzado, Power Query y Power BI para facilitar la toma de decisiones.Gestión de Cuentas por Pagar:Registrar, revisar y procesar todas las facturas de proveedores con precisión y en tiempo.Validar facturas contra órdenes de compra, resolviendo discrepancias de manera eficiente.Priorizar pagos según vencimientos, descuentos por pronto pago y acuerdos contractuales.Control Financiero y Reportes:Generar informes regulares sobre cuentas por pagar, flujos de efectivo y proyecciones financieras.Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativas fiscales en todos los pagos.Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.Experiencia con ERP, software de BI y herramientas de gestión de proyectos; habituado/a a automatizar procesos.Conocimientos de FinOps.Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido, curiosidad, inteligencia y razonamiento lógico.
