PayRetailers is a payment gateway designed to handle mass online payments to the Latin American market. The company combines local markets expertise with payment technology enabling global merchants to successfully expand their business into high growth, emerging markets while eliminating the many operational complexities of managing cross-border payments.

Our Finance team in Barcelona is growing and we are looking for a Treasury Manager covering Global Partnets who will develop strongs relationships with Global Partners, lead the Treasury Partners Team and facilitate development, improvement and implementing of procedures and controls within the Treasury Operations area.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead, develop and coach treasury partners analyst
- Supervise and carry daily cash reconciliations, analyzing cash deviations
- Build strong relationships with partners, business leaders and finance managers
- Being contact person for Partners for the Treasury Department
- Be the key contact person for issues resolution and ensuring cash disbursements are processed regularly.
- Set-up, implement, and manage Treasury KPIs reporting for Global Partners performance.
- Support and review implementation of new Partners or cashflow structures
- Develop/improve and implement Treasury Controls
- Approves and records local payments from global partners
- Create local payment controls for global partners
- Identify opportunities to optimize the treasury operations and KPIs for financial and operational control.
- Participate in Treasury forecast process
- Monitor FX transactions by recording FX exposures and investigating those ones.
- Support the month-end-closing by providing required Global partners positions and back-up documentation to Treasury and Accounting teams.
- Prepare and report of partner balances daily.
- Improve and minimize risk on outstanding balances in a cost efficient matter
- Built other potential treasury reports ad-hoc
- Undertake analytical review of treasury processes to ensure appropriate controls are settled in place and suggest potential improvements
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and guidelines and relevant local legal regulations
- Translate treasury policies into procedures and processes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s degree in finance required.
- Experience target: 7+ years in treasury positions.
- Spanish and English fluent, Portuguese will be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Experience working in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Self-motivated, with ability to lead and drive change initiatives, can-do attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisational/time management skills
- Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work under mínimal direction
