As a Treasury Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability, and optimizing treasury operations. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to monitor liquidity, improve working capital management, and support strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cash & Liquidity Management: Monitor and analyze daily cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity for operations.
  • Banking & Payments: Manage and execute daily bank transactions, including payments, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Risk Management: Assist in managing foreign exchange risk, interest rate risk, and other treasury-related risks.
  • Debt & Investment Management: Support in monitoring credit facilities, loans, and investment activities.
  • Treasury Reporting: Prepare and maintain treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts and financial risk analysis.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in treasury operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work with internal teams and external banking partners to ensure smooth treasury operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP software (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is a plus.
  • Understanding of financial instruments, FX risk management, and corporate banking.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English
