Our Finance team in Barcelona is growing and we are looking for a Cash Manager who will be responsible for the day to day cash management within the full company. It manages, all treasury cashflows and ensures that cash balances are appropriate for the organization's operations. The Cash Manager ensures there is sufficient cash to meet (regulatory) obligations for the settlement of (critical) transactions.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage all cashflows within the company, ensuring that cash balances are appropriate for the organization's operations
- Ensure there is sufficient cash to meet (regulatory) obligations for the settlement of (critical) transactions.
- Responsible for Intraday Liquidity/ Intraday analysis and reconciliation of actual cash movements, follow up on the correct processing of different Treasury Payments.
- Collect, monitor and prepares the daily cash position report
- Manage and sets-up initiatives to improve the global cash forecasting and actively controls variance analysis
- Analyze FX forecasts and results and prepares/proposes FX hedges in accordance with Treasury policy
- Ensure timely and accurate global cash flow forecasting
- Proposal and preparation of the daily treasury operational payments to suppliers, banks, FX, investments, etc.
- Identifying ways to improve productivity and efficiency through technology and process improvements.
- Implementation of cash pools
- Assisting with recommendations regarding borrowings and/or investments strategies considering liquidity and cash risks
- Assisting in the development of corporate policies and processes.
- Supporting the Corporate Treasury team with other processes and functions, including ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required
- Reviews and prepares Treasury payments and operational payments
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Support in company compliance with our Treasury policies, including quarterly and annual reporting, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Participate in system implementations and other strategic initiatives as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s degree in business, accounting or related field.
- Experience target: 5+ years as a Treasury Specialist or Cash Manager.
- Spanish and English fluent, Portuguese will be a plus.
- Strong understanding Knowledge of different payment methods and routes, along with strong mathematical, analytical skills
- Preferable banking payments or/and payments business experience.
- Excellent knowledge in Excel (mandatory).
- Ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail, a can-do attitude with the ability to work under pressure are essential.
- Good organisational/time management skills, structural thinking.
- Willingness to work in a fast-growing company working environment and adapt to changes fast.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to present ideas and concepts clearly to peers and senior management
