We are looking for a **Treasury Manager**who manage the day-to-day treasury management, short
- and long-term cash flow forecasting, bank relationships, and liquidity optimization for Tropicfeel.

**Your challenge & roles**:

- Liquidity and Cashflow Owner
- Banking and Stakeholder Coordinator
- Manage & controll payments

**Your responsibilities**

Liquidity and Cashflow Owner
- Maintain and review weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts
- Implement and manage treasury tools (e.g. Embat).
- Monitor cash positions and optimize short-term liquidity needs
- Prepare and deliver periodic treasury and cash reports.
- Monitor and reduce financial costs (commissions, interest, FX)

Banking and Stakeholder Coordinator
- Manage daily bank relationships and ensure compliance with agreed conditions
- Lead periodic closing reviews: bank, debt, receivables & payables
- Co-manage financial institution relationships with COO (negotiation, compliance).
- Produce aging reports and follow up with B2B clients and suppliers
- Support the accounting team member, aligning priorities and deadlines
- Supervise daily and monthly reconciliations and address outstanding items

Manage & controll payments
- Approve and manage supplier payments via banking platforms.
- Produce aging reports and follow up with B2B clients and suppliers.
- Monitor DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and drive collection efficiency.
- Ensure accurate payroll entries and monthly forecast alignment.
- Manage salary capitalization linked to internal asset creation.

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Admin or similar
- 5-6 years of experience in treasury or financial operations
- Strong knowledge of cash flow, payment cycles & multi-bank environments
- Experience with forecasting tools (Embat preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Familiar with accounting and reporting tools
- Experience in product-based companies is a plus
