With free doctor reviews and instant online appointment booking for patients through its online marketplaces, Docplanner has a network of almost 2 million healthcare professionals, serves over 260,000 customers globally and operates in 13 countries in Europe and LATAM.As the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a team of 12 Revenue Operations professionals. You will establish a best practice framework adapting to the different current needs, to future growth, encouraging best practice and collaborative working, develop strategies to maximize revenue across all channels, and implement scalable processes to drive productivity in our customer-facing units, reporting directly to the CEO, and functionally into our Global VP of Revenue Operations.How will you impact our mission:Be a trusted advisor to the Marketing/Sales/CS and country leadership team - drive strategic decision-making and act as their main point of contact for business needs, insights and guidance.Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue generation across all channels, including sales, marketing, and customer success operations.Design and implement scalable processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity of our customer-facing units.Work closely with finance and executive teams to forecast revenue, analyze sales pipeline, and drive strategic decision-making.Implement and manage sales and marketing technology stack, including Salesforce/HubSpot.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Tool Ownership: Ownership of implementation, ensuring its adherence and success in driving business outcomes, taking global guidelines and adapting to country's nuances, enablement and first-line support.What will help you thrive?5+ years of working experience in revenue operations, sales operations, ideally at SMB SaaS companies.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams for at least 2 years.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.Passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent level of Spanish and English to be able to communicate fluently with the team and in collaboration with global teams.Additional InformationCompetitive salary appropriate to your experience.Share options plan after 6 months working with us.Unlimited access to the Ifeel emotional well-being tool.Free birthday to spend the day with your loved onesJoin our team and share the greatness Participate in our successful referral programme and get rewarded for bringing in exceptional talent like yours.Last but most important: an amazing team that will welcome you and support you along the way.We promote and embrace equal opportunities in our recruitment process and every day at work.
