Component Libraries & Design Systems:Experience building, maintaining, or working with reusable component libraries and design systems.
Storybook:Hands-on experience usingStorybookfor developing, documenting, and testing UI components.
Accessibility:Strong understanding of web accessibility principles and experience developing interfaces that meetWCAG 2.1 AAstandards.
Frontend Architecture:Ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-quality frontend solutions across different types of products.
Code Quality:Strong focus on writing clean, reusable, tested, and well-documented code.
Collaboration:Ability to work closely withProduct, Design, and Backend teamsto deliver high-quality user experiences.
Communication:Strong communication skills in English.
Nice-to-have SkillsBS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders.
Hands-on experience working in anAgileenvironment.
Strong understanding of modern web standards, including HTML5 and CSS3.
Strong understanding ofUI/UX principlesand user-centered design.
Experience contributing to or establishing frontenddesign systems and component standards .
Experience with frontend testing frameworks and practices.
Experience optimizing frontend applications forperformance, scalability, and maintainability .
Experience working across different products, architectures, and technology stacks.
Nice-to-haveAI Tooling Proficiency:Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, coding, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
