EE & Balkans Account Executive | Hospitality SaaS - Spectrum Equity

Lighthouse is seeking a high‑performing Sales & Business Development professional in Barcelona, Spain. You will own the full sales cycle for hospitality customers, from prospecting to close, leveraging an AI-enabled revenue stack and MEDDPICC qualification to drive value-based conversations with hoteliers.

We expect 1–3 years in closing sales, familiarity with SaaS and hospitality, and fluency in English plus a Slavic language.
