we offer
Permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week)Probation period of 3 monthsOrganized and structured schedulesTwo consecutive days off each week, including at least one weekend dayGross salary between €1,700 and €3,300 + supplements (depending on experience, ratings, and activity)Licence revalidations and medical certificate includedInstructor upgrade courses includedPositive working environment and a modern, continuously growing fleetThe following FI ratings are considered an advantage:SEP, CPL, CRI, IRI, Night RatingMain duties (depending on experience and ratings):Single-engine operations:Diamond DA20Diamond DA40Cirrus SR20Tecnam P2008Multi-engine operations:Diamond DA42Tecnam P2006TAdditionally:Simulator instructionATPL/PPL theoretical trainingStudent monitoring and assessmentRequirements:Valid FI(A) licenceGood level of English (minimum ICAO 4) xhfqzwm Basic level of SpanishAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to adapt teaching methods to different student profilesStrong communication skills and student development focusProfessional and solution-oriented mindsetAvailability to travel to operational basesIf you would like to be part of a stable and growing project within a flight school with a modern fleet and strong future prospects, we would be pleased to meet you.
