Mucha suerteAs Optima Solutions Site Manager at PPG, you will serve as the main liaison between PPG and the customer, ensuring clear communication, operational excellence, and high satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and onsite activities to align customer requirements with PPG operations. You will drive issue resolution across product, process, and quality areas while maintaining accurate reporting in PPG systems. This role is customer-facing, fast-paced, and requires strong relationship management and problem-solving to enable successful product launches and site operations in Barcelona.
ResponsabilidadesPrimary point of contact between PPG and the customerBuild and maintain strong customer relationships via regular communication and meetingsCoordinate activities across multiple PPG teams (manufacturing, technical, support)Monitor, track, and drive resolution of product, process, and quality issuesPrepare and communicate operational, quality, and performance reportsSupport product launches, trials, industrialization activities, and material implementationEnsure updates and reporting within PPG systems and toolsCoordinate logistics, inventory visibility, and material availability with Supply ChainPromote and maintain EHS policy complianceLead onsite teams and coordinate resources as neededRequisitos principalesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Industrial Technology, or related fieldStrong customer-facing and stakeholder management skillsTechnical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, or industrial environments xhfqzwm Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing prioritiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and demanding environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced English (written and spoken)Valid driver's license and own vehicleAvailability to work 100% onsite in Barcelonacustomer-focusedstakeholder managementcommunicationmanufacturing processesmaterialsindustrial environments
