De baan Als een Klantenserviceadviseur voor deze Nederlandse telecomprovider ben jij de go-to persoon voor klanten die een vraag of probleem hebben. Je helpt ze met vragen over hun telecom-pakket, zoals het updaten van persoonlijke gegevens, abonnementen, facturen en bestellingen. In deze baan heb je ook iets aan je verkoopskills. Als je een salesmogelijkheid ziet, is het tijd om in actie te komen. Je gebruikt je skiills om andere producten en services te verkopen. Het is belangrijk dat je comfortabel bent om deze sales te doen, omdat het onderdeel is van de baan (maar niet de focus). Hier zijn wat voorbeelden van vragen die je kunt krijgen tijdens een werkdag: "Kun je mijn factuur uitleggen?" "Kun je me helpen met mijn nieuwe telefoonbestelling?" "Hoe kan ik mijn persoonlijke gegevens updaten?" "Ik ga verhuzien. Kan ik mijn contract meenemen?" Je zult via grondige trainingen leren hoe je deze vragen kunt beantwoorden, of waar je de geschikte antwoorden kunt vinden. Maak je dus geen zorgen als je nog niet over de juiste kennis beschikt.
