Empresa del sector retail con un proyecto muy interesante y en crecimiento en búsqueda de un Digital Advertising & Video Editor. Buscamos a alguien que que diseñe activos con un enfoque de conversión y llega a nuevas propuestas de activos a través de referencias de la competencia y/o de otras marcas que nos motiven.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Editar y diseñar el contenido de vídeo centrado en anuncios para Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display & Discovery.
- Crear briefs para contenido interno (control de activos), creadores externos (Growtag & casos individuales) y plataformas (Billo & TikTok Creators Marketplace).
- Investigar continuamente las tendencias, estar al día con ellas y encontrar formas de implementarlas en tus diseños para ampliar la identidad de la marca y el compromiso de tus creaciones.
- Informar a externos para la creación de contenidos de Performance y revisar el material UGC externo de los creadores de contenido.
- Utiliza Adobe Creative Suite para diseñar activos estáticos como montajes fotográficos, banners y pantallas digitales, y activos de vídeo básicos como demostraciones de productos, vídeos tutoriales y vídeos de marca.
- Incorporar las directrices de la marca y la estética del diseño para crear activos visualmente atractivos y de marca.
- Utilizar fotografías y secuencias existentes para producir vídeos cortos que puedan utilizarse en diversos canales, como redes sociales, YouTube y campañas de correo electrónico.
- Probar y optimizar los recursos para diferentes tamaños de pantalla, resoluciones y ubicaciones.
- Ajustar la iluminación, el color, la composición y el recorte según sea necesario para crear imágenes visualmente agradables y atractivas para diversos canales, como el sitio web, las redes sociales y los boletines informativos por correo electrónico.
- Colaborar con el equipo creativo para garantizar la consistencia y coherencia del contenido fotográfico con las directrices.

**Requisitos**:

- Inglés y español fluidos.
- Experiência en diseño digital y/o gráfico en un entorno de ritmo rápido (start-up y/o agencia).
- Conocimientos de edición de vídeo.
- Interés y/o experiência en publicidad digital.
- Formación en estudios de diseño gráfico y/o de producto.
