Committed to innovation and operational excellence, our client sets new benchmarks for product quality and sustainability solutions at scale across multiple countries.We are now searching for a passionate and visionary individual to lead as Senior Finance manager to lead a team of 4 people focused on Indistrial & Financial Controlling, driving financial performance and business growth, actively contributing as a member of the finance leadership team, ensuring consistency and financial acumen in the strategic initiatives as well as the day-to-day activities with a regional scope inside the production site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial analysis for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. Financial planning – Includes forecasting, estimates, and supporting the strategic direction for the unit and developing these into short-term (Forecast), medium-term (Budget), and long-term plans (LRP).Process Improvement – Be a source of proposals regarding existing process improvement and simplification in alignment with the Controlling department.Industrial Partnering – Strategically partner with the industrial site in achieving financial targets, driving profitable growth through in-depth analyses, sharing of key financial insights (standard and ad-hoc reporting), and b) in taking day-to-day and strategic business financial decisions.In this role, you will actively contribute as a key person to achieving the objectives, enhancing the finance function, having a small team of analysts under your responsibility. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related field.Minimum 5 years with progressive roles in finance.Previous Industrial Finance Business Partnering.Take your finance career to the next level—apply or contact us for more information.
