Empresa multinacional del sector farmacéutico, requiere incorporar un/a Commercial Excellence, para sus instalaciones ubicadas en Viladecans

En dependencia de la Dirección de Marketing, su misión será:
Desempeñar un papel crítico en el apoyo a las estrategias comerciales de la organización y garantizar la eficiencia operativa en diversas funciones de ventas y marketing. Responsable de impulsar la mejora continua, desarrollar las mejores prácticas e implementar procesos efectivos para mejorar el rendimiento comercial general. Colaboración estrecha con equipos interfuncionales para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, optimizar las estrategias de ventas y mejorar la experiência del cliente.

Sus principales funciones serán:

- Apoyo en el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales
- Análisis de datos comerciales
- Asistencia en la implementación de programas de excelencia comercial
- Soporte en la gestión del CRM
- Participación en la elaboración de informes y presentaciones
- Colaboración interfuncional
- Mantenimiento y actualización documental
- Investigación e identificación de nuevas tendencias

**Perfil**:

- Titulación Universitaria o Grado
- Nível avanzado de inglés
- Nível avanzado de paquete office y CRM
- Experiência de al menos cinco años realizando funciones afines
- Persona colaborativa, con compromiso, innovadora y orientada al cliente
