Necesita incorporar en su sede corporativa un/una:
**Commercial Director Spain - Business Unit Buses**
MISIÓN Y FUNCIONES:
Definir, planificar y coordinar/ejecutar las actividades de promoción, venta de vehículos, en primera persona y/o a través de su equipo, de acuerdo con las pautas establecidas por el Director General, con el fin de lograr el resultado objetivo de explotación.
Determinar estrategias comerciales en la venta de vehículos, ya sea directamente o a través de la red comercial del grupo en España. Para ello dirigirá, coordinará e impulsará un equipo de ventas, tanto de Vehículos Nuevos como de Vehículos Usados.
Fijar una correcta política de precios en ambas actividades, de acuerdo con las reglas establecidas por el grupo, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos económicos acordados.
Liderar el equipo de Ingeniería de Ventas con el apoyo del equipo de Gestión de Ventas y del Gerente de Control Comercial.
Alinearse con los objetivos de la empresa en relación a la venta de Contratos de Servicios, apoyándose en el establecimiento de campañas comerciales, promocionando la venta de Contratos, Servicios, Telemáticos, así como cualquier otro tipo de servicio diseñado por la empresa tanto a nível central como local..
Establecer una estrategia de Marketing y Comunicación, con el apoyo del equipo de Marketing y Comunicación del grupo, según las directrices recibidas..
Colaborar con el resto de divisiones y departamentos del grupo, según la política general de la empresa, con el fin de alcanzar los objetivos marcados.
**Requisitos**:
PERFIL Y CAPACIDADES:
- Liderazgo, team building, capacidad para fijar metas y objetivos comprendidos y aceptados por la división.
- Experiência en puestos de dirección de ventas en operaciones mayoristas y de licitación y venta minorista relacionadas con una organización matriz global, preferiblemente dentro de la industria automotriz.
- Competencia en planificación estratégica, capacidad para planificar e implementar procedimientos para alcanzar las metas y objetivos previstos.
- Habilidades organizativas y de personas.
- Comprensión de la operación de fabricación/montaje de chasis de autobuses.
- Se valorará el conocimiento y/o experiência en productos de autobuses y la comprensión de la industria del transporte de pasajeros.
- Orientación al cliente.
