El puesto de ayudante de camarero/a:
En Four Seasons Hotel Madrid estamos buscando un ayudante de camarero para formar parte de nuestro equipo de restauración. Esta posición, perteneciente a la división de Alimentos y Bebidas, tiene como misión principal contribuir a ofrecer un servicio excepcional a nuestros huéspedes. Las responsabilidades del puesto incluyen:
Ofrecer en todo momento un servicio al cliente profesional, amable y proactivo, trabajando en equipo.
Tener pleno conocimiento de todos los elementos del menú, funciones diarias y promociones.
Asegurar la limpieza y mantenimiento de todas las áreas de trabajo, utensilios y equipos.
Seguir las políticas, los procedimientos y los estándares de servicio de la cocina, así como cualquier directriz sobre intolerancias alimenticias.
Siga todas las políticas de seguridad y saneamiento al manipular alimentos y bebidas.
Despejar, limpiar y coordinar el material del restaurante, asegurando que todo está listo para el servicio.
Dar la bienvenida a los clientes, y proporcionar servicio de agua, pan y mantequilla.
Montaje de buffets y puestos de comida.
Nuestro/a candidato/a ideal:
Buscamos candidatos/as orientados/as a la excelencia en el servicio, y que sean grandes trabajadores en equipo. Nuestro/a candidato/a ideal tendrá experiencia previa en el área de restauración, idealmente en el sector de lujo. Es requisito fundamental ser capaz de trabajar en un ambiente dinámico, adaptándose y anticipándose a las necesidades de los clientes.
El candidato debe tener permiso legal para trabajar en España, y debe dominar el Castellano, así como el inglés.
