En Four Seasons Hotel Madrid estamos buscando a un/a estudiante de cocina para unirse a nuestro equipo y aprender de la mano de nuestros chefs en un ambiente dinámico y creativo.Responsabilidades:Asistir en la preparación de ingredientes y platos según las especificaciones del menú.Apoyar en la organización y limpieza de la cocina para mantener altos estándares de higiene.Colaborar en la preparación de estaciones de trabajo y el montaje de platos.Aprender técnicas culinarias de alto nivel y asistir a los chefs en la creación de nuevos platos.Participar en el control de inventarios y asegurarse de que los ingredientes estén en buen estado y sean de alta calidad.Seguir las normas de seguridad e higiene en la cocina.Requisitos:Estudiante de cocina, gastronomía o carreras afines.Pasión por la gastronomía y disposición para aprender.Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en equipo.Actitud proactiva, puntualidad y responsabilidad.No se requiere experiencia previa, pero se valoran conocimientos básicos en cocina.Disponibilidad para firmar prácticas de 3 a 6 meses en jornada completa y turnos rotativos.Disponibilidad para firmar un convenio de prácticas con tu universidad o escuela.Qué ofrecemos:Prácticas a tiempo completo de 3 a 6 meses (40h/día), en turnos rotativos (8h/día). Hay dos días de descanso semanal, e incluimos 30 minutos para el almuerzo o cena dentro de la jornada laboral.La manutención durante el turno está cubierta.El uniforme y su limpieza se proporcionan en el hotel.Ofrecemos 5 días de vacaciones si el/la alumno/a realiza 6 meses de prácticas, así como el día del cumpleaños libre.Gratificación bruta mensual de 500€.Plan de aprendizaje adaptado al alumno, y basado en experiencia previa, motivación y objetivos.
