A historical landmark redefining elegance, sophistication and urban luxury, located in Centro Canalejas Madrid.After a careful restoration, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, is home to 200 guest rooms including 39 suites, 22 luxury residences, a dynamic brasserie that combines Michelin-starred specialties with traditional Andalusian cuisine including an expansive roof terrace, an informal gastrobar, where delicious Asian-inspired tapas pair with epicurean signature cocktails, a cutting-edge Spa, stylish function spaces and luxury retail.The Role of Assistant Director of Engineering:We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Director of Engineering to join our team This role reports to the Director of Engineering, and will be responsible for assisting the Director of Engineering in all aspects of the hotel and building maintenance; including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, ground care, parking areas, fire and safety. Additionally, responsible for ensuring that all inquiries are responded to in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to deliver the highest of standards consistently and to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees.Responsibilities:Talent leadership and development.Ensuring execution and follow up of work.Preparing requisitions for purchase and work orders.Implementing preventative maintenance schedules.Evaluating meter readings and consumption.Supporting the Safety Committee and the energy conservation program.Our Ideal Assistant Director of Engineering candidate will have:Our ideal Assistant Director of Engineering will have leadership experience in a hotel/resort environment and have expert technical knowledge of general building maintenance and environmental standards.
