Hello We’re looking for our next star player to join our team as an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE for Italian Market
We are Sesame HR, a digital solution that helps HR teams, managers, and companies optimize people management processes by centralizing them on a single platform. Before we dive into the role, we’ve prepared a video introducing ourselves to help you decide if we’re a good match Hit play
What are we looking for?
We think it’s essential that you:

Are a quick learner, interested on learning new things and you have the need of improving processes and challenging the status quo .
Know how to work in a team, communicate well, and express yourself clearly.
Shine with your ability to adapt to changes— we’re a startup, so expect some twists and turns

As an Account Executive , it’s essential that you have:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position to the one described in this listing.
Experience with CRM platforms like Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar.
Languages : Native Italian, Fluent English.
At least 1 year of experience in software or digital product sales .
Strong communication skills and empathy.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.

What will you do at Sesame?

Manage the entire sales process.
Handle both inbound and outbound prospecting.
Deliver product demonstrations.
Analyze specific client needs.
Negotiate and coordinate onboarding with the account management team.
