Brindarás formación y soporte a nuestros clientes a través de email, teléfono y chat, creando experiencias únicas. Guiarás y resolverás sus dudas sobre el uso de nuestro producto. Comunicarás los beneficios de nuestra plataforma y cómo puede mejorar el día a día de nuestros usuarios.
Capturarás opiniones de clientes para sugerir mejoras y cambios en la plataforma. Gestionarás incidencias y peticiones de otros departamentos, asegurando un flujo de trabajo eficiente. Mantendrás a los clientes informados sobre las actualizaciones de la plataforma y cómo pueden beneficiarse.
Identificarás las necesidades de los clientes y propondrás soluciones efectivas. Colaborar con el equipo de soporte para resolver problemas rápidamente. Asegurar que los clientes utilicen todas las funcionalidades necesarias para obtener los mejores resultados.
Alcanzar metas relacionadas con la activación de servicios, uso de herramientas y satisfacción del cliente (NPS).
- Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en roles de Customer Success o Ventas.
- Valor añadido: Experiencia en Call Center y/o recepción médica es un plus.
- Orientación al usuario: Excelentes habilidades de escucha activa y empatía.
- Resolución de problemas: Alta capacidad para gestionar y resolver incidencias.
- Organización: Fuerte capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y autonomía.
- Conocimientos técnicos: Conocimientos medios de informática (Gmail, navegadores web, procesadores de texto, Excel, etc.).
- Experiencia con CRM: Experiencia previa con sistemas CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot es un plus).
- Idiomas: Nivel medio de inglés para comunicación con equipos globales de Customer Care. Nivel nativo/alto de español.
