Actualmente nos encontramos buscando un Front-Office Administration para nuestras instalaciones de Barberà del Vallès.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Apoyo a la Red Comercial (Directa/Concesionarios)
- Atención al cliente, mediante atención telefónica y Gestión de mails
- Gestión ciclo pedido venta OCASIÓN y contrato ACP (Alquiler _a corto plazo_):
- Búsqueda y oferta de máquinas (ACP, OCASIÓN)
- Gestión y mantenimiento de reservas (ACP, OCASIÓN )
- Cumplimentación y envió de contratos y pedidos.
- Planificación maquinas ACP
- Introducción contratos ACP (M3, software propio) y archivo
- Gestión fin contratos
- Gestión y registro incidencias. (ACP - OCASIÓN)
- Gestión Daños
¿Cuáles son los requisitos de la posición?
- FPII O GFGS Administración
- 3 años en funciones administrativas
- Inglés Nível Medio (valorable)
- Conocimientos Ofimática nível medio (Word, Excel )
- Conocimientos de Logística (valorable)
