For our Trespa Sales Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager Façade – Norway, who has the right commercial acumen and persuasiveness to maintain and further expand his/her customer base. Your Role As Account Manager Façade As an Account Manager Façade, you will support the project business in your area by seeking, creating and coordinating projects with clients, architects, designers and other stakeholders with the aim of generating sales. You will work closely with the other international sales colleagues in your team, the Inside Sales staff, Technical Support, Marketing, Compliance and other colleagues. You will report to the Sales Manager Scandinavia. Your Main Tasks Develop and implement an annual sales growth plan for your own area based on development needs and trends and in accordance with our commercial excellence guidelines. Based on your sales plan, generate sales growth, develop improvements and propose new initiatives. Promote our products and their specifications to clients, architects, designers and other stakeholders, creating new demand by emphasizing our unique selling points and core values. Understand your customers’ needs and aim to meet them as best you can – finding solutions that lead to win‑win outcomes and long‑term business relationships. Plan your activities proactively, focusing on high‑potential projects and customers, while continuously monitoring and improving your own progress. Ensure that our CRM system is always up to date with relevant data and use it actively to plan, track and adjust your activities. Maintain and strengthen your existing network of high‑potential clients and partners, while continuously seeking opportunities to expand it. Meet with them regularly and ensure they receive the latest information and training on Trespa products. Work closely with colleagues both in the field and in the office, as well as with support departments. Naturally, follow our compliance rules and act in accordance with Trespa’s values and standards. What Do You Bring A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Several years of experience in a sales role, ideally within the construction or building materials sector. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in both Norwegian and English. Experience working with CRM and Microsoft Office tools. A proactive mindset, excellent time management skills and a collaborative team‑oriented approach. A passion for building customer relationships – you enjoy being the face of Trespa in your area and regularly visiting clients. Residence in Vestlandet, Rogaland or Agder county.
