Account Manager Façade – Norway at Trespa Trespa International B.V. specialises in architectural panel materials, developing high‑quality panels for cladding, decorative facades and scientific surface solutions. The company works closely with architects, designers, installers, distributors and end users worldwide. Trespa is part of the Broadview Holding Group, which includes Arpa Industriale, Westag & Getalit, Formica and Homapal. Your Role As Account Manager Façade Support the project business by creating, coordinating and promoting projects with clients, architects, designers and other stakeholders to generate sales. Work closely with the international sales team, Inside Sales staff, Technical Support, Marketing, Compliance and other colleagues. Report to the Sales Manager Scandinavia. Your Main Tasks Develop and implement an annual sales growth plan for your area based on market trends and company guidelines. Generate sales growth, propose improvements and new initiatives based on the sales plan. Promote Trespa products and specifications to clients and stakeholders, emphasising unique selling points and core values. Understand and meet customer needs, finding win‑win solutions and building long‑term relationships. Plan activities proactively, prioritising high‑potential projects and customers, and monitor progress. Keep the CRM system up to date with relevant data and use it to plan, track and adjust activities. Maintain and strengthen the existing network of high‑potential clients and partners, seeking opportunities to expand it. Meet clients regularly, providing them with product information and training. Collaborate with field and office colleagues and support departments. Adhere to compliance rules and Trespa’s values and standards. What Do You Bring Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Several years of sales experience, ideally in construction or building materials. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Norwegian and English. Experience with CRM and Microsoft Office tools. Proactive mindset, excellent time management and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach. Passion for building customer relationships and willingness to visit clients regularly.
