You’ll work alongside dedicated and diverse professionals who are just as excited about the future of design as you are.ResponsibilitiesActively prospect and engage potential new clients, developing a strong pipeline of opportunities to drive impactful business growth.Manage your pipeline with precision to ensure consistent success in a fast-paced market.Own your quarterly forecasts and be a crucial driver of our sales strategy.Be the first point of contact for prospects, creating a lasting and positive impression by understanding their needs and showcasing the value of Fusion.Build strong relationships with customers and leads, keeping them engaged with creative follow-ups and communications that bring Fusion to life.Work closely with the BDR team.Exceed ambitious sales goals and contribute to the team’s overall success.Minimum QualificationsFluency in German and English—your language skills will help you build deep connections in the DACH region.A self-starter with a passion for technology, high energy, and a track record of exceeding goals.2+ years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development with proven success in prospecting and lead generation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to take initiative and manage time effectively.A commitment to continuous improvement, using every opportunity to learn, grow, and become an expert in your field.About AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies.
