Via its TuoTempo brand, we also offer a more sophisticated suite of optimisation products for large healthcare institutions.We built medical Practice Management Software as a SaaS. We help 260,000 doctors and clinics focus on treating patients and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We also run a service that allows 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor, and we currently have 19 million bookings per month coming online or through our software.Our global team of 2,700 across offices in Warsaw, Istanbul, Rome, Barcelona, Mexico City, Bogotá, Curitiba, Rio, and Munich and Berlin make this happen.We're funded by some leading VCs - Goldman Sachs, One Peak Partners, Point Nine and Target Global - and so far we have raised over €450m. Currently, we're on around €180m ARR (60% yoy growth) and are going to reach profitability pretty soonJob DescriptionRole OverviewAs a Team Lead in our vibrant Spanish team and reporting to the Sales Director, you will perform a multi-faceted leadership role that involves managing a strong sales force of 5 sales professionals. Your primary mission is to develop and execute a strong outbound sales strategy that increases our presence in the clinical healthcare market, managing the entire sales cycle from pipeline management to deal closure, and elevate team performance through effective coaching and process optimisation.You will be expected to lead by example by leveraging your experience in SaaS outbound sales, preferably high growth or in-market environments to recruit top talent, maintain accurate CRM practices and foster a high performance culture, while delivering high quality work. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in establishing and executing a unified GTM approach to the clinical sector; which is globally our more strategical segment and where we are currently developing the latest AI products.How will you impact our mission:Team management and leadershipManage an outbound sales team, working in alignment with company objectives and with the mission of meeting their targets.Actively participate in the recruitment, on-boarding and retention of talented sales people with proven SAAS outbound sales experience.Developing, implementing and delivering structured and effective coaching programmes and initiatives that train and develop outbound sales skills for the team.Overseeing the activity of the team, ensuring a consistent pipeline of orders and sales opportunities.Review key performance indicators in a clear manner that allows for performance evaluation, initiation, follow-up and improvement of strategies.Ensure smooth and effective sales processes and CRM management, maintaining a strong commitment to CRM discipline and process optimisation.Adopt our growth mindset, looking for new opportunities to improve outbound sales techniques.Contribute to workforce planning to meet local sales priorities and business needs.Actively collaborate with other departments (marketing, cs, Sales Operations) for continuous improvement of processes that impact our customers' experience.QualificationsWhat will help you thrive?Professional experience and expertise3+ years of Outbound sales leadership experience in high growth SaaS/Marketplace with SMB market focus.Demonstrated experience to successfully scale an outbound sales team in numbers and performance.Proficiency in using OKRs to focus on results for both individual and team objectives.Strategic and analytical skillsStrong analytical thinking: you base your decisions on numbers, build your own reasoning and provide input for continuous improvement.Action skills: you are practical and detail-oriented.A strategic thinking builder - you can demonstrate that you can also focus on the medium to long term.Leadership and interpersonal skillsInspirational leadership qualities with the ability to drive behaviour and instil a passionate approach to sales targets within the team.Coaching: you are able to develop and train the team in a structured way.Ability to inspire confidence and create a fun and enjoyable working environment.Qualities and attitudes:Highly motivated and results-focused, with a good eye for detail.Honesty, respect and integrity in all interactions.Additional InformationCompetitive salary appropriate to your experience.Share options plan after 6 months working with us.Unlimited access to the Ifeel emotional well-being tool.Free birthday to spend the day with your loved onesLast but most important: an amazing team that will welcome you and support you along the way.We promote and embrace equal opportunities in our selection process, and also every day at work.
